Shipping Policy

LeeLuu's Cosmetics has partnered with USPS to ship general orders safely and in a timely fashion. For Express Shipping we ship within USA using USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS. These services allows us to offer fast standard delivery in 2-7 business days. International shipping time is within 2-4 business weeks. 

All products are handmade at LeeLuu's Cosmetics. Please allow 5 to 12 business days for all items to be made, packaged and shipped. 

All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday. While all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing the following business day. Although we try our best to deliver your items in a speedy fashion, LeeLuu's Cosmetics does not guarantee specific delivery times. The shipping times listed above are estimated. You may track your order at anytime using the USPS Tracking number LeeLuu's Cosmetics sends to you once your order has been processed and shipped.  

Please Note: LeeLuu's Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). By completing a purchase with LeeLuu's Cosmetics you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy. 

International Customers: LeeLuu's Cosmetics ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". LeeLuu's Cosmetics does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and does not predict what your particular charges may be. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event your order requires any of these additional fees, you must pay them in order for your package to clear customs. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package.

Q. How long does shipping take.
Product usually ships out within 5-7 business days. 

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
Every purchase is a final sale unless your product is damaged.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges are acceptable for damaged product. Please contact infoleeluu@gmail.com with all details regarding your exchange.

Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Q. I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, a refund will not be granted.

Q. What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped USPS, UPS, FEDEX

Q. Does LeeLuu's Cosmetics ship to PO BOX?
Yes.

Q. I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by LeeLuu's Cosmetics.

In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
